Barbara Keeley MP

LABOUR MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FOR WORSLEY AND ECCLES SOUTH

Barbara campaigns for Fairtrade

During Fairtrade fortnight, Barbara supported Fairtrade events in Worsley constituency. Barbara also wants to see the more outlets for Fairtrade products locally.

Barbara commented:

"Salford recently became the 100th city to be designated a Faitrade City and I was thrilled with that announcement as it will really help people in the countries the products come from.

"Wigan Boorugh has just started on the path towards Fairtrade Status and I have agreed to support the work of local volunteers in persuading more schools, businesses and shops to use Fairtrade products"
